Dura-Kategorie

Die Dura-Kategorie umfasst 14 martensitische und ausscheidungshärtbare Edelstahlprodukte für Anwendungen, die eine hohe Oberflächenhärte erfordern.

Neben der verbesserten Härtbarkeit zeichnen sich diese Produkte durch eine hohe Festigkeit und Verschleißfestigkeit aus. Aus diesem Grund sind die wichtigsten Alternativen zu den Produkten der Dura-Kategorie eher Kohlenstoffstähle als andere Edelstahlgüten.

Die Produkte der Dura-Kategorie werden als lösungsgeglühte und anschließend aushärtbare Produkte für Anwendungen verkauft, die eine höhere Härte und Korrosionsbeständigkeit erfordern, als sie Kohlenstoffstahl bieten kann. Diese Produkte sind für alle Anwendungen geeignet, von der Produktion hochwertiger Messern und Skalpellen bis hin zu Flugzeugfahrwerken. ausscheidungshärtbare Produkte werden durch einen speziellen Mechanismus gehärtet, der die Bildung von Ausscheidungen in der Mikrostruktur beinhaltet. Sowohl martensitische als auch ausscheidungshärtbare Edelstähle sind magnetisch.

Unsere Dura-Kategorie eignet sich besonders für Endprodukte, die eine Wärmebehandlung erfordern. Falls Sie hochfeste Edelstähle benötigen, die keiner Wärmebehandlung bedürfen, ist unser Angebot an kaltverfestigten Produkten aus der Forta-Kategorie für diese Anforderungen geeignet.
