Acciai inossidabili per temperature di servizio elevate

La gamma Therma annovera acciai inossidabili resistenti al calore per l'uso in applicazioni con temperature di servizio elevate. Una caratteristica comune di questi acciai ad alta temperatura di Outokumpu è che sono progettati principalmente per l'uso a temperature superiori a circa 550°C/1020°F. La gamma copre sia acciai austenitici sia acciai ferritici.

Gamma Therma per temperature di servizio elevate

La gamma Therma annovera acciai inossidabili resistenti al calore e con eccellente resistenza allo scorrimento viscoso e all'ossidazione per l'uso in applicazioni con temperature di esercizio elevate (≥ 550°C/1020°F).

Gli acciai inossidabiliaustenitici resistenti al calore e allo scorrimento viscoso presentano resistenza alla cementazione e alla nitrurazione e a gas caldi a basso contenuto di ossigeno e maggiore resistenza allo scorrimento viscoso in generale.

Therma 253 MA/4835 (EN 1.4835) è un acciaio inossidabile austenitico resistente al calore con un'eccellente resistenza all'ossidazione e allo scorrimento viscoso in condizioni cicliche e trova il suo miglior impiego ad alte temperature fino a 1100°C/2012°F.

Therma 310S/4845 (EN 1.4951) è un acciaio inossidabile austenitico resistente al calore e allo scorrimento viscoso con un'eccellente resistenza all'ossidazione in condizioni moderatamente cicliche e trova il suo miglior impiego ad alte temperature fino a 1050°C/1920°F.

Gli acciai inossidabili ferritici resistenti al calore Therma 4713 (EN 1.4713) e Therma 4724 (EN 1.4724) hanno una buona resistenza ai gas caldi contenenti zolfo e una minore dilatazione termica rispetto ai gradi in lega di nichel. Therma 4713 e Therma 4724 sono impiegati al meglio a temperature rispettivamente fino a 800°C/1470°F e 850°C/1560°F.

Therma 253 MA stainless steel

Therma 253 MA is an austenitic stainless steel with excellent oxidation and creep resistance in cyclic conditions that is best employed in temperatures up to 1150°C/2100°F. There is a slight susceptibility to embrittlement during continuous operation between 600–850°C/1110–1560°F.

Therma 310S/4845 stainless steel

Therma 310S/4845 is an austenitic product with very good oxidation resistance in general and good oxidation resistance in mildly cyclic conditions that is best employed in temperatures up to 1050°C/1920°F. There is a slight susceptibility to embrittlement during continuous operation between 600–900°C/1110–1652°F.

Therma Alloy 800/800H/800HT

Outokumpu Therma Alloy 800/800H/800HT is a series of high-temperature alloys design for high creep strength, resistance to carburization, oxidation, and other types of high-temperature corrosion. Therma Alloy 800 series (EN 1.4876/1.4958/1.4959 UNS, N08800/N08810/N08811) are stabilized austenitic alloys with high Nickel and Chromium content as well as controlled additions of Carbon, Titanium and Aluminum. Additionally, grain size is controlled for improved creep strength properties.

Therma 4713 stainless steel

Therma 4713 is a ferritic low-alloyed stainless steel best employed at 550–800 °C/1020– 1470 °F when you need higher mechanical loading compared to other ferritic grades. Offers good resistance against sulfur attack compared to nickel-alloyed grades.
