La gamma Supra include prodotti in acciaio inox progettati per ambienti altamente corrosivi. Gli acciai inossidabili della nostra gamma Supra hanno una buona resistenza alla corrosione uniforme a molte sostanze chimiche organiche e inorganiche.

Acciai inossidabili per ambienti altamente corrosivi

I prodotti Supra 316/4401 e Supra 316L/4404 sono utilizzati nella maggior parte delle aree di applicazione e sono ampiamente disponibili in tutto il mondo. I prodotti della gamma Supra hanno un'eccellente resistenza alla corrosione e sono adatti per un'ampia gamma di applicazioni.

Supra

La gamma Supra include gradi di acciai inossidabili austenitici e ferritici per ambienti da mediamente ad altamente corrosivi con un valore PRE compreso tra 22 – 26.

Il grado di acciaio inossidabile legato al molibdeno più utilizzato, Supra 316L/4404 (EN 1.4404), definisce il panorama complessivo della gamma Supra, che è completata da una moderna alternativa di acciaio inossidabile ferritico al 18% di cromo legato al molibdeno stabilizzato e privo di nickel, Supra 444/4521 (EN 1.4521).

L'ultima novità della gamma Supra è l'austenitico Supra 316plus/4420 (EN 1.4420). Grazie alla maggiore quantità di cromo e azoto, Supra 316plus ha una maggiore resistenza alla corrosione e robustezza rispetto a 316L. 

Gli acciai inossidabili austenitici Cr-Ni della gamma Supra hanno eccellenti capacità di resistenza alla corrosione, saldatura e formatura, in particolare presentano caratteristiche di formatura per stiramento. Gli acciai austenitici vantano una duttilità molto elevata anche a temperature criogeniche. A causa della maggiore durezza e dell'incrudimento naturali degli acciai inossidabili austenitici, può essere necessaria un'attenzione particolare durante le operazioni di formatura e lavorazione rispetto agli acciai inossidabili ferritici o al carbonio.

Il moderno acciaio inossidabile ferritico legato al molibdeno stabilizzato della gamma Supra, Supra 444/4521, ha eccellenti proprietà di saldatura, imbutitura e resistenza alla corrosione. Gli acciai inossidabili ferritici privi di nichel hanno un'eccellente resistenza alla tensocorrosione indotta da cloruri. I ferritici hanno buone proprietà di trasferimento del calore che possono essere sfruttate in applicazioni in cui si predilige un trasferimento di calore uniforme e rapido. Un buon trasferimento di calore con una minore espansione termica facilita la saldabilità grazie alla minore distorsione della saldatura e al comportamento meno instabile rispetto agli austenitici. Inoltre, i ferritici hanno una lavorabilità simile a quella degli acciai al carbonio, a causa della bassa tendenza all'incrudimento.  

I gradi della gamma Supra possono essere utilizzati in un ampio ventaglio di applicazioni, con il supporto di una vasta selezione di finiture superficiali fornito da stabilimenti e Centri servizi.

Supra 316L/4404 stainless steel

Supra 316L/4404 is a low-carbon alternative to Supra 316/4401. The lower carbon content minimizes carbide precipitation as a result of heat input, for example during welding, giving improved resistance against intergranular corrosion.Supra 316L/4404 is suitable for a wide variety of applications that require good formability and weldability, and can be delivered with a variety of surface finishes.

Supra 316plus stainless steel

Supra 316plus is the highest strength stainless steel in the Supra range. It is a cost-efficient, 21Cr lower-nickel/molybdenum alternative to traditional molybdenum austenitics like Supra 316L. This product has good formability, excellent weldability, and is usable in cryogenic applications.
