Outokumpu Annual General Meeting 2026
Outokumpu’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, March 26, 2026 at 1.00 pm EET in the Congress Wing of Finlandia Hall, at the address Mannerheimintie 13 E, 00100 Helsinki, Finland. Before the Annual General Meeting, from 11.00 am to 12.30 pm EET, the President and CEO, the President for Business Area Ferrochrome and SVP – Operations Tornio of the Company will be available at Finlandia Hall at a discussion event organized by the Company.
Registration and advance voting ends on March 19, 2026 at 4.00 pm EET.

Year 2025 highlights
"Last year was marked by subdued demand for stainless steel, driven by rising uncertainty and global trade disruptions which put pressure on our profitability. As a result, our adjusted EBITDA decreased to 167 million euros for the full year, mainly driven by business area Europe. However, business areas Americas and Ferrochrome delivered strong results, and for Ferrochrome, 2025 marked the third consecutive year of improvement. We are well positioned for the future with a robust strategy. In addition, CBAM and the Commission’s proposed safeguards against low‑priced Asian imports are expected to support European producers," comments our President and CEO Kati ter Horst.
