Europe
Europe is our biggest business area that covers close to 70% of our sales and comprehensive product portfolio in commodity and specialty stainless steel grades for European, Middle-Eastern and African markets. We are clear market leader in Europe with 28% market share in cold-rolled stainless steel. We are known for our technical expertise and world-class operations in Finland, Germany, the Netherlands and Sweden.
Americas
Starting with one of the most technically-advanced stainless steel mills in the region, our team in Mexico and the US builds on Outokumpu's legacy of steel making, adding its own expertise and growing product portfolio in austenitic and ferritic stainless steel. We are the second largest stainless steel producer in the Americas, with a market share of approximately 23% (USCMA as well as the U.S.).
Ferrochrome
Other operations
Other operations consist of activities outside the three operating segments, as well as industrial holdings, non-core businesses and strategic group level investments.
Other operations also used to include our Long Products business, which Outokumpu has since exited. The company now focuses fully on its core business, stainless steel flat products and ferrochrome.

Leadership Team
Outokumpu Leadership Team is responsible for the efficient management of the Group's operations. The Leadership Team comprises the business area leads as well as heads of Finance and Procurement; People, Sustainability and Corporate Affairs; Technology and Legal and Compliance.
