How we are organized
Outokumpu is organized into four business areas – Europe, Americas, Long Products and Ferrochrome. We employ 10,000 professionals in more than 30 countries, with our headquarters in Helsinki, Finland.

Smallest carbon footprint in both stainless steel and ferrochrome, up to 75% and 67% lower than the industry average, respectively.
Business based on circular economy
Our main raw material is recycled steel – recycled material content in our products is 95%. At the end of their long life cycle, stainless steel is 100% recyclable.
