Outokumpu Annual General Meeting 2026
Outokumpu’s Annual General Meeting was held on Thursday, March 26, 2026 in the Congress Wing of Finlandia Hall.
The Annual General Meeting supported all of the proposals by the Board of Directors and the Shareholders’ Nomination Board. The Annual General Meeting decided that a dividend of 0.13 euros be paid for the financial year 2025, in two instalments. The Annual General Meeting also authorized the Board of Directors to repurchase the company’s own shares and to decide on the issuance of shares as well as special rights entitling to shares. In addition, the Annual General Meeting approved the proposals by the Shareholders’ Nomination Board regarding the members of the Board of Directors and their remuneration.

Year 2025 highlights
"Last year was marked by subdued demand for stainless steel, driven by rising uncertainty and global trade disruptions which put pressure on our profitability. As a result, our adjusted EBITDA decreased to 167 million euros for the full year, mainly driven by business area Europe. However, business areas Americas and Ferrochrome delivered strong results, and for Ferrochrome, 2025 marked the third consecutive year of improvement. We are well positioned for the future with a robust strategy. In addition, CBAM and the Commission’s proposed safeguards against low‑priced Asian imports are expected to support European producers," comments our President and CEO Kati ter Horst.
