Outokumpu publishes the Finnish language prospectus regarding the rights offering

Outokumpu has today published the Finnish language prospectus regarding to the rights offering of EUR 665 million.
The Finnish language prospectus has been approved by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority and will be available on Outokumpu’s website at www.outokumpu.fi/osakeanti as of today. The printed prospectus is expected to be available at the rights issue call center (tel. +358 9 421 3800 or e-mail email@example.com) and at the branch offices of Nordea and Danske Bank and NASDAQ OMX Helsinki in Finland on March 10, 2014.
