We are looking for a Recent Graduate in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance or simialar field to join our Development Program in Calvert, Mobile County Alabama.
The Stainless Steel Training and Educational Program will provide a structured and immersive learning experience within the organization. Its objective is to accelerate professional development, enhance employee’s skills set and provide exposure to various facets of the company’s operations. Following a 2-year rotation, Associates will be presented with a final assignment aligned with their chosen Career Path.
Requirements and competencies:
- Bachelor‘s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain or related field.
- Interested in the manufacturing industry and a desire to excel in their chosen path.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a drive to innovate.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities, essential for collaborating with cross functional teams in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Departmental Rotations: Participate in a series of rotational assignments across different departments, gaining exposure to various facets of the organization.
- Collaboration and Learning: Collaborate with cross functional teams and work alongside experienced professionals in each rotation.
- Actively engage in training sessions, workshops and learning opportunities to build your skills and knowledge base.
- Execute assigned projects within each rotation, applying problem solving skills and utilizing resources effectively.
- Contribute to the achievement of departmental and organizational objectives.
- Analyze data, generate reports, and provide insights to support decision making within each department.
- Develop proficiency in relevant tools and software.
- Engage with mentors and senior leaders to gain valuable insights, receive guidance, and establish professional relationships.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements within each department.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of tasks, projects and key learnings throughout the program.
- Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for program supervisors and stakeholders.
