Outokumpu’s key contributions to the SDGs – one year on

Outokumpu has been working on sustainability issues for decades. From including the highest proportion of recycled content on the market in our products to keeping our supply chain pristine, efforts to mitigate the effects of climate change are firmly integrated into our business operations.

In autumn 2015, the UN set 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to be met by 2030. Since then, Outokumpu has contributed to these SDGs – and continues to do so – either through the way we operate or through our products.
