Outokumpu's Board of Directors has today decided on certain changes to the responsibility areas of the Group Executive Committee members. Deputy CEO Mr. Risto Virrankoski will focus on base metals investments, whereas the responsibilities relating to strategy and business development, investor relations as well as communications will be transferred to Mr. Karri Kaitue. The Board has also appointed Mr. Vesa-Pekka Takala as Executive Vice President - Corporate Controller and as a new member to the Executive Committee.
