Precision strip material is used extensively in industries where high tensile strength, precise tolerances, and consistent quality are vital. Precision strip is used in applications including heat exchangers, heating elements, flexible tubing, filtration devices, cutlery products, springs, and surgical and medical instruments.

Our special grades have been developed to meet a variety of extreme performance criteria including elevated and cryogenic temperatures and high impact resistance. These include 654 SMO®, to provide longer material life in the most severe corrosive conditions; and heat resisting stainless steel 153 MA , 253 MA® and 353MA®.
