| Outokumpu cold rolled sheet and coil is used in a wide variety of consumer and industrial applications ranging from the cladding on the world's tallest buildings - Malaysia's Petronas Twin Towers - to hospital equipment, beer kegs, household items, heat exchangers, and kitchenware.
We produce a full line of cold rolled sheet and coil from five major production sites in Europe, available in widths of 48", 60", 72", and 80"; thickness of 28 ga through 10 ga; and coil size up to 45,000 pounds.
In addition to our popular 304 and 316 standard grades, Outokumpu produces exceptional special grades. These include 254 SMO®, used for over 20 years to provide longer material life in the most corrosive environments; heat resisting stainless steel 309S, 310S, 153 MA and 253 MA®; SAF 2304®, 2507, and 2205 Code Plus Two® Duplex stainless steel; and 317LMN and 904L for FGD systems.
Outokumpu also offers a range of surface finishes to meet hygienic requirements and enhance aesthetic appeal and appearance. Our technological success in surface technologies includes a fingerprint resistant surface (to meet the requirements of the domestic appliance industry) and our HyClean Superbrush finish (which actively discourages the build up of bacteria in such applications as catering equipment).
