The role of the Group Executive Committee is to manage Outokumpu's main business, stainless steel,
as a whole.

The committee members have extensive authorities in their individual areas of responsibilities and have
the duty to develop the Group's operations in line with the targets set by the Board of Directors and the CEO.

The Group Executive Committee consists of eight members appointed by the Board of Directors. The members
of the committee are the CEO and his Deputy, EVP – General Stainless, EVP – Specialty Stainless, EVP – Supply
Chain Management, EVP - Group Sales & Marketing, EVP – Chief Financial Officer, and EVP – Human Resources.

The Group Executive Committee meets 1–2 times a month.
