Main Process Piping
Apart from incoming mixtures of oil, gas and sand, the main process piping has to handle seawater, hydrogen sulphide, carbon dioxide etc. These process fluids, which are at elevated temperatures and under high pressures, are often very corrosive. Stainless steel grades like 2205 or 254 SMO are cost-effective solutions for this type of piping.
