Shares and share capital
Outokumpu Oyj's fully paid and registered share capital is EUR 308 459 701.10 and it consists of 181 446 883 shares. Each of the Company's shares entitles to one vote at general meetings of shareholders. The Company's shares are incorporated in the Finnish book-entry securities system. Outokumpu Oyj's shares are listed on the Helsinki Exchanges.
State ownership
The Finnish State holds 31.1% of the Company's shares and voting rights. According to the new act passed by Finnish Parliament in December 2007, the state's shareholding in Outokumpu can be reduced down to 0%.
