I work in a generalist HR role offering support and advice to line managers within the melting shop, S.M.A.C.C. (Stainless Melting and Continuous Casting) in Sheffield. The role demands both strategic and operational involvement across all areas of H.R. including workforce planning, resourcing, development, talent management, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations and health and well-being.
