15. Disciplinary measures​

Where employees and contractors at Avesta Works do not follow the regulations on health and safety and the use of personal safety equipment, the disciplinary measures set out below apply. These measures were adopted by the central working environment committee, "CAMK", 16 February 1996.

Employees at Avesta Works:

  1. Verbal documented warning
  2. Written warning
  3. Transfer to another post
  4. Notice of dismissal due to personal reasons


  1. Failure to follow regulations – written warning.
  2. If no corrective action is taken – termination of the contractor's assignment.
