Waterjet cutting services at Kunshan service center, China

For a versatile, cold-cutting process, our Kunshan coil and plate service center offers waterjet cutting. This is one of the most cost-efficient ways for our customers to shape intricate products.

With waterjets, thin beams of water of around a millimeter in diameter are used with an abrasive to produce clean cuts which reduce the need for further machining such as turning, milling or drilling.

Using waterjets is ideal for cutting complex profiles and various types of holes, giving designers and manufacturers a greater level of freedom.

A further advantage is that the water-jet cutting process does not cause any form of metal oxidation, nor does it lead to any residual stress and heat-affected areas.

This gives our customers a service offering the best value for money, as it reduces the need for secondary processing, which can often be costly and time consuming.
