Study Background
We are looking for graduates who have the potential, passion and desire to become future international talents. In general the applicants should have Master's degree preferably in the field of Business/Economics or Technology/Engineering but also other majors are welcome to apply if they see their study background relevant.
What else should you have?
In addition to the relevant study background you should also have international experience (e.g. exchange studies), good English skills (both written and spoken since the language of the programme is English), some positions also require local language skills. If local language skills are required it is mentioned in the job posting.
As a person you should be highly motivated and enthusiastic, eager to learn and develop yourself, willing to work in fields new to you, able to travel and be culturally aware as well as to be able to adjust to new working environments easily.
